Most importantly idea requires thatt he loal educational agency develop an iep for each child wit a disability. this document describes the support the child will recieve in school.
the way that these two laws work together is that wit he iep written the child can test in an appropriate way for them underthe nclb they still must be tested but the testing the recieve can ber fair for them as well.
